Acceptance

By using Migrate Moments, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Subscription

• Migrate Moments Pro is available as a monthly ($3.99/month) or annual ($24.99/year) subscription.
• Annual plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancel via System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (App Store) or your Stripe billing portal (website).

Your data

Migrate Moments operates entirely on your local Mac. We do not upload, access, or store your photos. You are solely responsible for verifying your exports before deleting from iCloud. Yarrum Apps is not liable for any data loss.

Limitation of liability

Migrate Moments is provided as-is. Yarrum Apps is not liable for any loss of data, photos, or storage arising from use of the app. Always maintain independent backups.
