Overview

Migrate Moments is a Mac application made by Yarrum Apps. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Data we collect

Account data: Your email address when you create an account or purchase a subscription.
Subscription data: Your subscription plan and status, managed via Stripe.
Photos library data: Migrate Moments accesses your Photos library locally on your Mac only. No photos or metadata are ever uploaded to our servers.

Data we do NOT collect

We never upload, store, or transmit your photos or videos.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not track your usage behaviour or analytics.

Third-party services

Stripe: Handles all payment processing. We never store your card details.
Supabase: Stores your account and subscription status securely.
Apple: In-App Purchase subscriptions are managed by Apple.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account by emailing support@migratemoments.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
